We offer free standard shipping for all orders above €100 / £ 100 (except for orders to Switzerland & Norway). Orders placed before 10:00 AM CET will usually be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday except public holidays). Express shipping is currently not available.

For orders below €100 / £ 100, a flat-rate shipping fee of €6 / £ 6 applies.

Any damage covered by our warranty will be repaired free of charge or we will replace the item if the damage is not repairable. For damages caused by airlines our repair service can assist you to certify the damage to ensure that the damage is recognized by the airline.
