Garantie wurde nicht eingehalten vom Hersteller

War super zufrieden mit diesem Koffer bis eine Rolle abgefallen ist und dadurch zusätzlichen Schaden verursacht hat und die Hartschale gerissen ist.
Als ich die Garantie einfordern wollte, nach einem Jahr, hieß es, dass ich angeblich selbst den Schaden durch Anwendung von Gewalt verursacht haben sollte.
Absoluter Bullshit und eine richtige Frechheit vom Unternehmen.
Kann nur warnen, Rollen halten nicht und Garantie wird nicht eingelöst bei Schaden nur Hersteller.
Lieber bei Samsonite oder anderen Herstellern kaufen die auch für ihre Garantie einstehen als jedes Jahr ein neuen Koffer zu kaufen!
