We offer free standard shipping for all orders above €100 / £ 100 (except for orders to Switzerland & Norway). Orders placed before 10:00 AM CET will usually be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday except public holidays). Express shipping is currently not available.

For orders below €100 / £ 100, a flat-rate shipping fee of €6 / £ 6 applies.

For damages caused by airlines our repair service can assist you to certify the damage to ensure that the damage is recognized by the airline.
